Select Collection (previously Select Travel) has sold exclusive travel for over 18 years, and is now further shaping its luxury concept with unique innovations.

Select Collection will be the first tour operator in the world to launch a lifestyle concept that includes a travel shop, spa and lifestyle boutique in the same premises – at Norrlandsgatan 18 in Stockholm.
June 1 is the premier for the Select Collection Spa and lifestyle boutique, launched in addition to the well-established travel agency.
UNIQUE SPA CONCEPT
· A special feature of this spa is that it offers treatments chosen from the five-star hotels in its 475-page travel brochure Select Collection. This enables Stockholm residents and visitors to savour treatments from faraway exotic places.
· Another item of hot news is that Select Collection is the first spa in Sweden to offer the luxurious treatments of Daniela Steiner. Ms Steiner has had a long and successful career in skin care and her spa brand is found in 15 places worldwide. The travel magazine Condé Nast Traveller recently chose Daniela Steiner as the winner for 2010 in the category Europe’s best hotel spa. In the category of “Best Spas in the World”, she was placed second for her spa at Rosa Alpina hotel in Italy.
The menu of Select Collection Spa gives 50 different treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures. To give an example, in the Daniela Steiner Luxury Facial the client is treated with micro-peeling and ultrasound in addition to a face mask, cleaning of pores, shaping of eyebrows and massage. The Sensory Spa Journey by Six Senses is a luxury treatment that takes 90 minutes, in which two therapists work parallel and give a so-called “four hand massage”, a facial, a foot bath and finally a foot mask and more.
World-class Spa therapists
For a unique and authentic spa experience, Select Collection has recruited some of the world’s most experienced spa therapists. One of the therapists comes from the Maldives and the hotel Soneva Gili by Six Senses, while another one comes from Six Senses Sanctuary in Thailand. Shiatsu master Wesley Thompson from Dinarobin Hotel on Mauritius will also join the team during the opening week. In addition, Select Collection has employed a Daniela Steiner specialist from Daniela Steiner’s spa in Monaco.
Sweden’s most beautiful and spacious spa suite
The crown jewel of the Select Collection Spa is the exclusive spa suite for two. Here treatments will be done for bride and groom, mother and daughter, friends, or hen or stag parties. “The décor is unusually elegant, restful and inspiring, and we think that it is the loveliest treatment room we have ever seen,” says CEO Leija Graf.
Lifestyle boutique
The travel agency and spa are complemented by a lifestyle boutique where visiting clients will be inspired by items from all over the world. Perfect going away gifts are mixed with travel items, objet d’art, hair care products and more…
